Nestled within the Llopart Family Estate in Subirats, the Les Flandes vineyards form part of the Clos dels Costers terroir, located at an altitude of 380 meters in the western Ordal Mountains. With geological features dating back millions of years, including sedimentary materials from the Miocene Era and carbonate rocks from the Cretaceous Period, these vineyards boast a rich tapestry of marine fossils, coral reefs, and ancient sediment strata shaped by historical sea inlets.
