The Wines
A horribly truncated list of the wines sampled and logged during the experience.

Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, France
Chateau La Coste Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rouge
"With maturity, this organic wine has developed a vanilla texture that's smooth and generous. It is ripe, the black fruits now softened into spiciness and soft tannins. Drink now." - 92/100, Wine Enthusiast
Domaine Les Bastides, France
Vin Cuit Selon la Vieille Tradition Provençale
This wine, known as "Vin Cuit," is a rare treasure from Provence. With its deep golden hue, it bursts with flavors like apricots, toasted orange peel, almonds, quince paste, prunes, roasted coffee, hazelnuts, dates, and a hint of campfire smoke. It's a delightful reminder of Christmas, perfect for savoring during any season.

Banfi, Italy
Rosso di Montalcino
This was the suggested pairing for during one of my last means. The dish was steak au poivre and it was amazing. The red wine acted perfectly as a companion to the steak and it was a delish send off from Italy.
Domaine Du Paternel, France
Blanc de Blancs
From Domaine du Paternel, it has a citrus and white blossom bouquet. On the palate, it rests on the tongue with a fresh core with an undertone of white-fleshed and citrus fruits. It is also very well-suited to being an apéritif with its fresh flavors and delicate aromas. (vivino.com)

Cava Original 1887 Brut Nature (Espumos)
We were served this wine as a suprise during out tour of the Llopart winery. A group before had splurged for the VIP tour but was unable to finish some of the wine on their tour so we were called to step in and help them out. A sparkling wine called Cava it was well balanced and carried notes of brioche.
Molí De Foc Blanc
I think we bought this wine for less then €5. Very dry and perfect for tapas this wine was one of the first I was able to correctly smell the aromas of, pear and honey. Wines like these will be the building blocks to my foray into wine and wine tasting, Affordable and good, cant ask for much more than that.
